You can book your villa directly through our online booking system or contact us by phone or email. Our team will confirm availability and assist you with the booking and payment process. When booking directly, you can also discuss specific requests such as early check-in,
late check-out or additional services.
A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining 70% is due 30 days before your arrival.
You can pay by bank transfer or credit card.
For cancellations made 20–30 days before arrival, 50% of the total reservation amount is charged. For cancellations made 0–19 days before arrival, 100% of the reservation amount is charged. In case of a no-show or early departure, 100% of the reservation amount is charged.
The minimum stay is typically 5 nights. During July and August, a minimum stay of 7 nights usually applies.
Yes. A €500 security deposit is collected on arrival and returned within 7 days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out may be possible depending on availability. Please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Almyra Villas are located in Kanouli, near Halikounas, in the south of Corfu. They are approximately a 3–5 minute walk from Kanouli Beach and around 40 minutes by car from Corfu International Airport.
Kanouli Beach is a small, quiet sandy beach just a 3–5 minute walk from Almyra Villas. It is known for its peaceful atmosphere and beautiful sunsets, making it easy to enjoy a morning swim, a relaxing afternoon by the sea or an evening sunset.
Almyra Villas are surrounded by olive groves and greenery, with views towards the mountains. The peaceful natural setting creates a relaxing atmosphere, away from busy resort areas.
You won’t need a car for the beach, as Kanouli Beach is an easy 3–5 minute walk from the villas. A car is still recommended if you want to explore the rest of Corfu, as Almyra Villas are located in a peaceful natural area near Kanouli and Halikounas, away from the island’s busier resort areas.
The closest taverna is located at Prasoudi Beach, approximately 2 minutes by car or around 10 minutes on foot.
The nearest supermarkets and pharmacies are located in Moraitika and Agios Matthaios, approximately 5 km away, around 12 minutes by car.

Pets are not allowed at the villas.
Smoking is not permitted inside the villas but is allowed in outdoor areas.
The villas are cleaned twice per week during your stay.
Yes. All Almyra Villas include free WiFi and air conditioning throughout, including in every bedroom.
The area is ideal for kitesurfing and SUP around Halikounas, as well as walking, cycling and exploring the surrounding countryside and wetlands. We are also happy to provide recommendations and help arrange activities on request.
Yes. Private chef and catering services can be arranged on request for an additional cost.
Almyra Villas are open from the end of April until the end of October. July and August are the warmest and busiest months, while May, June and September generally offer warm weather with fewer crowds.
Yes. Villa Acaste and Villa Dione are attached, while Villa Ianira is located just behind them. All three villas can be booked together, making them suitable for larger families, groups and special occasions while allowing each villa to retain its own private space.
