Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 31 days prior to arrival.

For cancellations made after this period, the following cancellation charges will apply:

• 20–30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
• 0–19 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
• In the event of a no-show or early departure, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

Additional Terms

• Cancellation charges are calculated based on the total reservation amount.
• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (by email).
• Guests are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, illness, accidents, medical emergencies, flight cancellations and any other unforeseen circumstances.
• Any refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original method of payment. Any bank charges, transaction fees or currency conversion costs incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refunded amount.
