Almyra Villas is located in South Corfu, near Halikounas, surrounded by nature and close to some of the island’s most beautiful beaches. It is a peaceful location for guests looking to enjoy the privacy of a villa while exploring the beaches, villages, restaurants and natural landscapes of southern Corfu.
2) How far is the beach from Almyra Villas?
Kanouli Beach is approximately a 5-minute walk from Almyra Villas. It is a small sandy beach with clear water, a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful sunsets. Being so close to the beach means you can easily walk down for a morning swim or an evening by the sea.
3) Which other beaches are near Almyra Villas?
Some of the best beaches in the area include Kanouli Beach, Chalikounas Beach, Issos Beach, Prasoudi Beach and Paramonas Beach. The beaches vary from small, quiet bays to long sandy beaches surrounded by nature, so there is something for different types of travellers.
4) How far is Corfu Town?
Corfu Town is approximately 40 minutes by car, depending on traffic and your route.
We recommend exploring Corfu Town during your stay, particularly its historic Old Town, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
5) Do the villas have private pools?
Yes. Almyra Villas offer guests the privacy of their own villa and private swimming pool, making them ideal for relaxing days without having to share your pool with other guests.
6) Is pool heating available?
Pool heating is available for only Villa Ianira at an additional cost. Because temperatures can vary considerably throughout the season, we normally recommend deciding about pool heating closer to your arrival, when we can also take the weather forecast into consideration.
7) Are the villas suitable for families?
Yes. Almyra Villas are suitable for families as well as couples and groups of friends.
If you’re travelling with a baby or young child, we can also arrange a travel cot, subject to availability. Please let us know in advance.
8) Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available at the villas.
9) Do I need a car in Corfu?
We generally recommend having a car when staying at Almyra Villas. Although Kanouli Beach is within walking distance, a car gives you much more freedom to explore South Corfu, visit different beaches, discover traditional villages and enjoy restaurants throughout the area.
10) Can you help us arrange a rental car?
Yes. We can recommend local car rental companies and help you with information about arranging a car for your stay.
11) Can you arrange airport transfers?
Yes. We can provide recommendations for airport transfers and taxis and help you arrange transportation when needed.
12) Can we have breakfast or brunch at the villa?
Yes. You can prepare breakfast in your villa, or we can arrange breakfast or brunch with a private chef at an additional cost.
13) Can we arrange a private dinner?
Yes. We can arrange a private chef for dinner at your villa, subject to availability. This can be a wonderful option for birthdays, anniversaries, special occasions or simply for enjoying a relaxed evening without leaving the villa.

Absolutely. We are happy to recommend restaurants and traditional tavernas according to what you enjoy, from authentic Corfiot cuisine and seafood to family-friendly and romantic restaurants.

Yes. South Corfu is a great choice for families looking for a quieter holiday, beautiful beaches and plenty of outdoor space.
The area offers sandy beaches, nature and a more relaxed atmosphere away from some of Corfu’s busier resort areas.
18) Can you provide a baby cot?
Yes. We can provide a travel cot for babies, subject to availability. Please let us know before your arrival so we can have it prepared for you.
19) What time is check-in?
Standard check-in is after 15:00. If you arrive earlier, please let us know. Early check-in may be possible depending on availability and whether the villa is ready.
20) What time is check-out?
Standard check-out is before 11:00. Late check-out is subject to availability, as we may need to prepare the villa for the next guests.
21) What if we arrive late?
Late arrivals can usually be accommodated. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance so that we can arrange the appropriate check-in procedure.
